Our commitment

TEXTILE PRO aims to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, across the public site and the client area, in both French and English.

Measures in place

• Text and interface contrast meeting level AA on navy, steel and light backgrounds.
• Full keyboard navigation, logical tab order and a visible focus indicator.
• Descriptive alternative text on every product image, in both languages.
• Semantic structure : one level-1 heading per page, identified landmarks and main content.
• Form fields tied to a label, with plain-language error messages — never a technical code.
• Touch targets of at least 44 pixels on mobile.
• The embroidery preview is paired with a text description (placement, width in centimetres, technique).
• No flashing content and no forced animation ; motion respects the reduced-motion preference.

Known limitations

The back-office print-zone editor relies on drag and drop ; equivalent numeric fields (width, rotation, skew) allow the same adjustments from the keyboard. Some third-party PDF documents may not be fully tagged.
