Accepted formats and tips
- AI
- EPS
- Vector PDF
- SVG
- 300 dpi PNG
- High-resolution JPG
- A vector file always gives the best embroidery result.
- Avoid gradients and shadows: thread cannot reproduce them.
- Text under 5 mm tall becomes unreadable once stitched.
- Provide colour codes (Pantone or hex) for an exact thread match.
- A logo on a transparent background avoids an unwanted white outline.
