Rental terms
Uniform rental agreements with maintenance service. Separate from the terms of sale.

1. Purpose and eligible items
Rental applies exclusively to work uniforms in the four sectors we serve : food service, mechanical, plant and food processing. Promotional apparel, towels, mats and curtains are sold only.
2. Mandatory maintenance plan
Every rented item must be attached to a maintenance plan : Weekly ($8.50 per item per month) or Seasonal storage ($12 per item per month). The "No service" option is reserved for purchases and cannot be selected for rentals.
3. Term and renewal
Agreements run for 12, 24 or 36 months and renew for 12-month periods unless written notice is given 60 days before the renewal date.
4. Ownership, labelling and inventory
Items remain the property of TEXTILE PRO. Each piece carries an identification label enabling per-employee tracking in the client area.
5. Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery occur on the agreed route day. Service can be suspended temporarily from the client area, without reducing the monthly rental rate.
6. Loss, damage and deposit
A $15 deposit per item is charged when the agreement starts. Items lost or damaged beyond normal wear are billed at replacement value. Normal wear is covered by us.
7. Billing
Monthly rental and maintenance amounts are billed in advance, in Canadian dollars, taxes extra (GST 5%, QST 9.975%).
8. Early termination
On early termination, the remaining monthly instalments become payable and all items must be returned within 15 days.
